Kuwaiti ISPs recently kicked up a row with their Network Bandwidth Caps (watch the youtube video). I run a WebServer and plenty of other apps that use the bandwidth like nobodys business. So I scoured the web for free software that would tell me which apps on my Mac/PC were guzzling my bandwidth. These were the only ones I could find that were free and presented the data application wise. Enjoy:

another freebie Mac OS software (free till December 1st). this software is quite similar to the previous software i posted – “SyncPod”, but this offers true disk mode or so it says. definitely worth a try. considering it’s free :P.
